This Privacy Policy describes how Number Ninjas Math Game ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by David Medawar, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our mobile application.

A. Information You Provide to Us

• Leaderboard Information: To use the optional leaderboard feature, you may choose to connect your Facebook account. If you do, we collect your public Facebook profile's first and last name. This is the only information we receive from Facebook. We do not collect your profile picture, email address, friends list, or any other personal data from your Facebook profile.

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Game Progress Data: We store data related to your progress, such as your best time per level and the belt you have achieved. This information is stored on secure third-party servers (Firebase) to power the leaderboards and save your progress.

• Advertising Identifiers: Our advertising partner, Google AdMob, may collect device identifiers (like Apple's IDFA) to serve advertisements within the App. You can limit ad tracking via your device's privacy settings.

C. Information Stored Locally

• Some general game data, such as your last played level, may still be stored locally on your device to allow you to quickly resume gameplay.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Manage the Service: To enable gameplay continuity and save your high scores.

• To Display Leaderboards: Your first name, last name, and best times are displayed on our public leaderboards for other players to see.

• To Serve Advertisements: To display advertisements that support the App's development. We have configured our ad settings to ensure the content is appropriate for a general audience.

• To Enhance User Experience: To understand how players use the App so we can improve it.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with the following third parties as described below:

• With Other Players: Your first name, last name, and game scores are visible to other users on the in-game leaderboards.

• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf.

• Leaderboards: Participating in the leaderboards is optional. You can use the App without connecting your Facebook account. If you have connected your account, you can disconnect it at any time through the App's settings.

• Advertising: You can opt out of personalized advertising by enabling the "Limit Ad Tracking" or similar setting on your iOS device.

• Access and Deletion: You may request to have your personal data (i.e., your name and scores) deleted from our servers by contacting us at the email address below.

5. Children's Privacy

The Number Ninjas Math Game is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. The requirement to log in to Facebook for certain features means users must be at least 13 years of age to access those features.

If you are a parent or guardian and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
