This privacy policy describes how David Medawar (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the Barbell Calculator mobile application (“Barbell Calculator,” the “App”) and https://numberninjasmaths.com (the “Site”). By using the App or the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Barbell Calculator is designed to work primarily on your device. The App stores preferences and related configuration (for example, unit settings, haptic preferences, bar weight preferences, and your plate inventory setup) locally on your device using standard on-device storage (such as iOS data storage facilities). We do not operate our own servers that receive or store this App data in the version of the App described in this policy.

We do not require you to create an account to use Barbell Calculator.

2. Purchases

If you purchase optional features in Barbell Calculator, payment processing is handled by Apple through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. We do not receive your full payment card details. Apple may provide us limited transaction-related information as needed to validate purchases and manage entitlements (for example, that a purchase occurred). 3. Information you send to us voluntarily

If you contact us by email or through the Site (for example, for support or feedback), we receive the information you choose to provide (such as your email address and the content of your message). We use that information only to respond and to improve Barbell Calculator, unless we tell you otherwise at the time.

4. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

Barbell Calculator does not include third-party advertising SDKs in the configuration this policy describes, and we do not use the App to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising purposes.

If we introduce analytics or similar technologies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, update App Store disclosures.

5. Children’s privacy

Barbell Calculator is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

6. Data retention and security

Information stored only on your device remains under your control and is subject to your device settings (for example, if you delete the App or erase the device).
Information you email to us is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. Because Barbell Calculator does not maintain user accounts or a personal data database for typical App usage, there may be little or no personal information for us to access on your behalf beyond communications you sent to us. 8. International users

If you use the App or the Site from outside the country where you live, your messages to us may be processed in the location from which you send them and where we are able to read and reply to email.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on the Site (and/or note the update in the App Store listing where appropriate) and update the “Last updated” date.
